For best results:
· Soak the sponge in water for a few minutes and squeeze it several times to expel excess water before using
· Massage gently in circular motions on the face and body
· Rinse the sponge and squeeze it gently with two hands until dry
· Store and hang the sponge in a cool and well ventilated place to air dry
· You can add your favourite foam cleanser when using the sponge
